Bill Pugsley started working in Information Technology in 1970 and since 1980 has been working with clients in North America, Europe, Asia and Australasia. Bill first started working with international communication & business standards in 1986.

Pugsley Limited provides a vehicle for Bill Pugsley to continue to provide the benefit of his experience to other companies; allowing him to assist all types of organisations in reviewing existing processes and whether or not new technologies will offer cost effective solutions to improve the way they conduct their own businesses.

Prior to establishing Pugsley Limited, Bill was the Managing Director of a UK company and the President of a Californian Corporation company, both of which provide leading edge solutions for the electronic commerce market. This has allowed Bill to become familiar with the development of technologies that include traditional Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and the more recent eXtensible Mark-up Language (XML) - both essential building blocks for electronic commerce.

Bill has been presenting to audiences and providing tutorials, as well as occasionally chairing conferences, on a range of subjects, at events around the world since 1980.

Pugsley Limited is a Solution Provider member of GS1 UK - the UK Membership Organisation licensed to issue international GS1 (formerly EAN International) unique company and product identifiers. Pugsley Limited is also a member of BASDA (The Business Application Software Developers Association).
